If you choose to build Jokker with two living rooms, two kitchens, two bathrooms and six bedrooms in both boxes, this house can be rented out to larger groups, used as a company’s ski house (enabling to accommodate 24 people at once) as well as by larger families for a comfortable living arrangement.

But if you choose not to build the second living room, you will have a spacious living room filled with light that extends over two floors. If you change the additional bedroom near the hallway into a storage room, you will have additional space for storing your winter sports equipment, still leaving you five spacious bedrooms comfortable for a group of any size.
