Another semi-detached house finished in Hammerfest

Seve is happy to announce that another semi-detached house was constructed by us in Hammerfest. This is the third stage of a larger project that involves constructing 29 units of semi-detached houses and apartments for one customer.

So far the customers of the first two stages have been utterly satisfied with the thermal resistance and construction quality of the buildings. We are also expecting positive feedback from the customers in the third stage. The buildings fall into Norwegian Energy Class B, but the first winter of 2014–2015 showed that the actual heating expenses remain within the limits of Energy Class A.
