Ave is a classical house suitable for an average family with two or three kids and a dog/cat. The house has nothing excessive in it, but everything necessary for a comfortable life. All three bedrooms are spacious enough for two persons, there is a large living room and the open plan enables to fit even a bigger family and visiting relatives at the dinner table. Clients who do not want a sauna in the house can replace it with a separate laundry room/store-room. The carport can be replaced with a garage.
Interesting fact: The first Ave-type house was also the first plus-energy house that creates more electricity than it consumes.
Architect:
When designing the main plan of the house, I tried to use the space as rationally as possible. By placing an open living room with a kitchen in the centre of the house, I managed to fit three reasonably sized bedrooms and a 45 m2 living room plus kitchen into the house, despite the rather small living space. In addition, there is no useless corridor space in the house.
Thanks to the long-term experience in fulfilling customers' wishes we have come up with four preselections or packets in order to facilitate the process of purchasing home.
