Our work is based on three simple principles: the house must meet the agreed quality, be completed within the agreed timeline and stay within the agreed budget. Following these principles, we have built homes in Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, the Faroe Islands and Switzerland.
All house elements are manufactured indoors under controlled conditions and according to a quality management system. Seve’s production and construction processes are connected to ISO9001 quality management and ISO14001 environmental management standards. Roof load-bearing structures are CE-marked.
The effectiveness of the policy is assessed periodically through internal audits and management reviews. Approved by management: 5 February 2025
